Arkdatacentres.co.uk - Innovative Industry Leaders
PHA Media worked with Ark Data Centres, one of the UK’s leading data centre providers, to design and develop a new corporate website, as the company presented a new identity in July 2013.
Built on a dedicated content management system, the responsive site was designed to deliver Ark Data Centres’ core messaging as well as their principal values.
The core objective was to establish a new online presence for Ark Data Centres following the repositioning of the brand within the data centre industry.
The look and feel of the site was developed around a robust, accessible site with a streamlined user experience focussing on key sales messaging and related calls to action alongside the key values of the brand.
Originality and Creativity
Working closely with Ark Data Centres, the new site was designed and developed to engage with wide ranging audiences, from new and existing clients, partners, through to Industry and the press. The key aim of the site is to show how the seven core values of the brand are entwined in every aspect of the service deliverables.
Designed and built as a responsive site to work on all platforms, the site structure is created across core services, partners and the Ark Data Centres values. A dedicated Content Management system was created to enable seamless news and content updates, or for new sections of the site to be efficiently integrated. The site is fully optimized and monitored as part of an on-going content management solution.
Strategy and Implementation
A bespoke CMS was developed to allow seamless integration of new content into the main site.
Additional pages can also be automatically added using a number of predefined templates. The CMS auto formats to create responsive pages, also allows a SEO strategy to be implemented.
Hosted on a secure, dedicated server, the site was promoted post launch via an Interactive E-Newsletter.
