Social Media Community Management and Content Creation
To manage community engagement and content creation for BrandAlley UK’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and blog pages. To maximise on seasonal campaigns such as The Chelsea Flower show.
We provided daily community engagement for a number of BrandAlley UK’s social media channels, with the key objectives being to increase fans and engagement and to drive traffic to the main brand website.
Originality and Creativity
As BrandAlley UK is an online flash sale site, we provided them with a consistent content strategy, with a correct balance between sale content, which ultimately drives traffic to the BrandAlley website, and trending fashion content which reaches new and engaged audiences.
We produced regular content for trending hashtags such as #HappyFriday #QuoteOfTheDay and #ThingsWeLove, managed weekly Facebook previews and competition app builds, and expanded on the SEO footprint of the brand across a range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 social channels.
Strategy and Implementation
We created an online strategy for BrandAlley UK, which supported their position as the UK’s leading chic online destination for discounted designer living and set them apart from their competitors. Furthermore, the strategy was adjusted appropriately to maximise on their appearance at The Chelsea Flower Show 2013.
We continually sourced and engaged with a number of influential brand advocates in the fashion industry to guest blog for BrandAlley on a regular basis, thus furthering the reach of sale information and ensuring this was delivered in an aspirational way. During the Chelsea Flower Show, this involved tapping into a new network of garden, home-wear and lifestyle influences.
In addition, we introduced a competition app to the Facebook page, which hosted a number of topical competitions and enabled the brand to collect useable data.
We helped BrandAlley increase engagement by 50% across their Facebook channel and the BrandAlley blog receives over 4,000 views a week.
