Event PR and Event Management
Building on the success of past seasons, fashion e-tailer Kaleidoscope returned to the press show circuit to host an intimate breakfast event to showcase their Autumn Winter 2015 collection. We were asked to develop a concept for the event that would result in widespread media attendance, new media relationships and press coverage throughout the season.
Red Carpet & VIP Management
The best of British were out in full force to celebrate the home grown talent within the world of fashion and textiles as the NatWest UK Fashion & Textile Association hosted its annual awards ceremony on the 23rd May 2013. The coveted awards were presented by HRH The Princess Royal, President of UKFT, at a glittering gala ceremony hosted by Myleene Klass at London’s stylish One Mayfair venue. In the build up to the awards, PHA’s Fashion & Lifestyle team were enlisted to help in securing celebrity attendees, management of the red carpet on the night and media coverage following the event.
Sporting Event Media Management
PHA Media worked as the retained PR agency for the Wentworth Club between 2009 and 2011, providing media support to the club as they transformed their world-famous West Course in a multi-million pound makeover. In particular, our expert team worked to co-ordinate media attendance and coverage around the BMW PGA Championship, the European Tour’s flagship event held at Wentworth every May.
Pretty Green is a British clothing label founded and designed by Liam Gallagher. With an established London store in Carnaby Street, PHA was briefed to organise the launch event for the opening of the second London store in Covent Garden, as well as an ongoing launch campaign within the media. This ran alongside integrated press office activity for the brand, for which PHA was tasked with increasing the credibility of the brand, placing coverage within key fashion titles.
Pop up Stores
To celebrate the launch of Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, one of Disney’s biggest video game launches for 2012, PHA were asked to design, organise and publicise, a public and press launch event for the release of the game. The event needed to appeal to children and adults and lead to press coverage highlighting the story and the new features of the game. Identifying the links to forgotten characters in the game, PHA organised a unique pop up art gallery that displayed never before seen sketches from the Disney archives in California.
In 2011, PHA Media secured an opportunity for Pretty Green to work in partnership with Universal Music, to celebrate the 40th anniversary and re-edition of The Who’s seminal album Quadrophenia. A touring exhibition of never-seen-before memorabilia from Pete Townsend's archives was organised, which started at the Pretty Green Carnaby Street store, as well as an exclusive Pretty Green Quadrophenia collection, which included a limited edition ‘Jimmy’s Parker’. PHA Media was tasked with promoting the collaboration, exhibition and collection as well as organising an event that would take the media by storm.

Fashion Week Collaborations
Founded by Jennifer Irvine, The Pure Package is London’s premier gourmet food delivery service and is loved by A’ list celebrities and discerning Londoners alike. The Pure Package wanted to align themselves with London Fashion Week due to the natural synergy between the company’s healthy eating ethos and the models’ need to be sustained during what is the industry’s most hectic period. It was PHA Media’s mission to associate The Pure Package with the gold standard names showcasing at London Fashion Week.
