SSAFA came to us as a well-established military charity in need of some change. They offered vital support systems to the Armed Forces community but were having trouble engaging with their target audience. They needed to strengthen their support and significantly raise their profile across the UK. This is where we came in. Through a programme of proactive campaigns, we targeted the charities audience using emotive, hard-hitting statistics and visual content to increase engagement amongst different groups including service users, veterans, families of forces, and donors. Our campaigns not only increased engagement to SSAFA’s helplines but gave the charity the recognition it deserved.
